  • Introduction to Cloud Computing: Students will understand the basics of cloud computing, including its advantages and different service models such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). They will explore the deployment models, including public, private, and hybrid clouds.
  • Getting Started with Azure: This section covers how to set up an Azure account and navigate the Azure portal. Students will learn how to create and manage resources in Azure, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and web applications.
  • Core Azure Services: Students will explore the core services offered by Azure, including Azure Compute, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Databases. They will learn how to deploy, configure, and manage these services to meet application requirements.
  • Azure Security and Compliance: This section emphasizes the importance of security in cloud environments. Students will learn about Azure’s security features, identity management, and compliance standards. They will understand how to implement security best practices to protect resources in Azure.
  • Monitoring and Management: Students will gain insights into monitoring Azure resources using tools like Azure Monitor and Azure Advisor. They will learn how to analyze resource performance, set up alerts, and manage costs effectively.
  • Azure Pricing and Support: This course covers Azure pricing models and how to estimate costs using the Azure Pricing Calculator. Students will learn about available support options and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure reliable cloud operations.
  • Hands-On Labs: Throughout the course, students will participate in hands-on labs to reinforce their learning. They will create and manage Azure resources, implement security measures, and monitor performance in real-time scenarios.

By the end of this course, students will have a solid understanding of Azure fundamentals, equipping them with the knowledge to begin working with Microsoft Azure for cloud-based applications and services.
